Designed for use in the bath or shower, LoofCo's generous Back Scrubber is 30x10 cm of layered loofah stitched together to form a rectangular pad with comfortable woven cotton handles.

Designed for use in bath or shower to gently wash & exfoliate back & body, leaving fresh, clean skin.

To Use: May appear abrasive when dry but when immersed in water, loofah pad swells slightly to become a soft spongy and flexible pad. Unfold loofah and immerse in water for a spongy, soft pad. Rinse thoroughly before first use. Use in bath or shower on damp skin with soap or gel whilst holding cotton handles. Gently wash & exfoliate back & body, leaving fresh, clean skin. To keep loofah fresh between uses, rinse, squeeze out excess water & hang to dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand. Last for months and when worn out can be composted.

Beneficial Plant Properties:

Kokum butter is an anti-oxident power house. Packed full of stearic, palmitic + oleic acid, it provides a range of fatty acids and importantly, omega 6 + 9, which are said to fight the appearance of wrinkles, acne, and skin damage

Soybeans are said to reduce the appearance of dark spots and skin discoloration that are associated with aging. It is also thought that it can helps with redness caused either by rosacea or skin irritation

Our vegan Sodium lactate is a natural humectant that attracts + retains the skins moisture. Said to be twice as effective as natural Glycerin, it gives skin a healthy glow.

Castor oil is used in shaving soaps for its ability to create and hold a lather. With antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties, it works wonders for blemished or acne prone skin. It has astringent qualities that cleanses the pores, clearing away excess dirt, build up and old skin.

Shea Butter is a brilliant moisturiser. Packed full of essential fatty acids it helps to lock in moisture and improve skin's elasticity. It’s often used in skin care routines to improve the appearance of stretch marks and scaring, and for its deep moisturisation and natural anti-oxidant content.

Directions:

Scoop a Teaspoons worth into a separate pot and, using a warm wet shaving brush, gently swirl the surface of the soap until you make a nice frothy lather. Alternate the swirl direction every few moments to help work the lather into the brush’s bristles. Use the brush to apply the lather to your face and start shaving!

LoofCo Bathroom Cleaning Pad is hand made in Egypt from the gourd of native Luffa Aegyptiaca plant with Egyptian cotton string hanging loop. This pad is a generous 20x10cm of layered loofah stitched together for extra scrubbing power for cleaning larger surface areas. Use with warm water and cleaning product to clean baths, sinks, tiles & shower enclosures.

This LoofCo Kitchen Brush is handmade from coconut fibre twisted around a galvanised rustproof metal core. Each doughnut shaped brush is easy to grip in your hand and  includes a handy cotton hanging loop, so the brush can hang up to dry between uses. 100% plastic free 

To Use: Rinse thoroughly before first use. Immerse in warm water and use with detergent, washing-up liquid or Washing-Up Soap. Strong enough for cleaning around the kitchen and larger washing-up items. After use, rinse and shake out excess water and any food particles and hang to dry from the string loop. Occasionally soak in hot water with washing-up liquid and air dry to freshen brush. Long lasting in normal use and when worn out the fibres are biodegradable and core can be recycled.

A set of 2 Cloths. These durable Kitchen Cloths can replace synthetic microfibre cloths and paper towels. Each cloth has one side smooth and one side looped for extra absorbency. Neatly self hemmed with an added string hanging loop.

To Use: For cleaning and wiping surfaces around the kitchen and home, use wet or dry with or without cleaning products as required. This LoofCo Soap Rest is hand-made from the Luffa plant. This soap rest has layered loofah which is carefully stitched together to form a stable rectangular rest for a soap bar by sink, bath or shower. A great idea to stop soap sliding off the edge of the bath or sink when in use!

To Use: Place by sink, bath or shower as needed and rest soap bar on top. In use it will become damp and may swell slightly but is stitched to create a flat aerated cushion for your bar of soap. Periodically rinse well, squeeze out excess water & soap residue and dry between uses. Your LoofCo Soap Rest is long lasting and when worn out can be composted.
